Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "569jl" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the online gaming platform operating at 569jl.net, including all associated services, systems, and content.
• "User" / "you" / "your" / "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 569jl platform in any capacity.

Acceptance of Terms

Account Management

Each Player may hold only one registered account on the 569jl platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 569jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person.

You must notify 569jl immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 569jl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security or has shared login details with a third party.

Players are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on their account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to name, address, payment methods, or contact details must be submitted through the account management section and may require supporting documentation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

569jl supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account and are subject to change.

Deposits are generally processed instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 569jl shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or telecommunications infrastructure.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made available, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have successfully registered and verified their accounts on 569jl.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 569jl platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers and operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing procedures. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot and RNG games are published in each game's information panel.

Players acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance and/or skill as applicable to the specific game type, and 569jl has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.

Players must engage with all games on the 569jl platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any form of professional exploitation, systematic advantage play using automated tools, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 569jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating more than one Player Account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account requirement.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Employing any form of automated software, artificial intelligence, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise compromise the integrity of any 569jl software or game system.
• Colluding with other Players in live games, table games, or any other format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting 569jl support to resolve a dispute through proper channels.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 569jl staff or other players.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person under 21 years of age.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the 569jl platform — including but not limited to the 569jl brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 569jl or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content.
• Use the 569jl brand, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or maintenance periods.

• Any third-party actions, including payment processor delays, bank holds, or telecommunications outages affecting access to the platform.

569jl's maximum liability to any Player arising from any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

569jl does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Privacy & Data

569jl collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 569jl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Abuse of promotional offers or violation of bonus terms.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compelling such action.
• At the Player's own request via the self-exclusion mechanism.

Where an account is closed for reasons attributable to a Player's breach of these Terms, 569jl reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is identified, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the 569jl support team. Voluntary account closures are processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining verified balance will be returned accordingly.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 569jl platform, Players are encouraged to first contact the 569jl support team to seek an informal resolution. 569jl will endeavour to respond to and resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

569jl operates in alignment with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those promulgated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that the regulatory framework governing the platform is subject to change in accordance with Philippine law.

Amendments to These Terms
